Reservations may be made online, by phone, or in person.
We kindly ask that any changes or cancellations be made as early as possible.

Gift Cards
Gift card purchases are final and non-refundable.
Lost or damaged cards may be replaced with proof of purchase.
Special Events
Certain seasonal events, ticketed teas, or private parties may have separate cancellation guidelines, which will be communicated at booking.
No-Show Policy
We reserve the right to deny future reservations for repeated no-shows.
